Quarterly Commercial Performance Advisory Retainer

Principal-level access to senior IC and commercial performance judgment on demand — structured as a quarterly retainer for commercial leaders who need ongoing advisory without the overhead of a large consulting engagement.

What the Retainer Covers

The Quarterly Commercial Performance Advisory Retainer gives commercial leaders a structured, ongoing relationship with Brad Norton across IC design and governance questions, IC data and platform decisions, field performance analysis, and reporting architecture — on a retainer basis rather than project-by-project.

The retainer is designed for commercial organizations that:

Structure

60 hours per quarter | $400 per hour | $24,000 per quarter

Invoiced at the start of each quarter. Net-30 payment terms. Retainer hours are fungible across all NDL service lines — IC strategy and governance, IC data and platform advisory, salesforce effectiveness, and reporting architecture. Unused hours do not roll over.

Weekly working sessions, IC committee support, and priority access for escalated decisions. Structured as a part-time principal engagement for the duration of the quarter. All retainer work is delivered by Brad Norton directly. Deliverables, scope, and decision checkpoints are agreed at the start of each quarter.

Who the Retainer Is Right For

The retainer is the right structure for VP Sales Operations, VP Incentive Compensation, or VP Commercial Excellence leaders who have an active IC program with ongoing design, governance, and analytical needs — and want a trusted outside perspective on a structured ongoing basis rather than engaging a large consulting team for every project.

It is also the right entry point for commercial leaders who are in a pre-engagement phase — evaluating an IC platform migration, preparing for an IC redesign, or navigating a significant field force change — and want principal-level advisory to inform the decision before committing to a full project scope.

Structured Quarterly Engagement

Retainer availability is limited. NDL maintains a small number of active retainer relationships to ensure that every client receives principal-level attention.
